All returned items are processed according to the following procedures: refund, return, replacement or repair process:
HCF After receiving the returned parts, we will check the products and process the refund, which is expected to be completed within 5 working days.
If the replacement product is in stock, it is expected to be delivered within 1-3 working days; if the replacement product is not in stock, HCF the sales representative will communicate with you and confirm the delivery date.
Most products (except consumables) within the warranty period can enjoy free maintenance service. HCF will test the repaired products for many times to ensure that they are delivered correctly.
For refund or return products, the application should be submitted within 30 days after the delivery date; for repair products, the application should be submitted within the warranty period to enjoy free repair service. If the warranty period is exceeded,HCF will charge the corresponding maintenance fee according to the actual situation.
