A:If you need to change your password, please refer to the following steps.
1. Click the “my account” button on the right side of the search bar. If you have not signed in, you need to enter your registered account and password.
2. Please select “password” in the “account settings” page.
3. Enter the new password, and then click update password.

1. Click the “login” button at the top of the search bar and enter the account and password.
2. Please select “Security Center -” modify “in the” my account “page.
3. After successfully changing the relevant information, you need to log in again.

If your password and email address are correct, please check your Internet connection, refresh the page and try to log in again.
If you still can’t log in, please contact FS customer service center.
